TGIF!

Today wasn't too bad of a day. Bible Study was canceled this morning because the pastor's household has the flu. :( So I had to go get a needle stuck in my arm for more blood work to check my hormones and go pick up my meds and Alex's meds. Alex and I went to the park too. Instead of wanting to play on the swings and slides, he wanted to go feed the ducks. Seems a little odd for a child to not want to play on the equipment but I'm not going to argue. Ha ha.
Alex has been in a funk the last few days. He likes to pretend he's a car, and he drives around the house. That's fine, but he's been doing in a lot more the last few days. His Occupational therapist came over tonight and said she believes he's about to go through another growth spurt. He went through a spurt just a few weeks ago (lots of crying and screaming) and overnight his speech improved quite a bit. So we'll see what kind of spurt he goes through this time!
I have been feeling better mentally the last couple of days. Now if my physical will just follow! We're planning a walk to the park in the morning so maybe that will jump start something. No other big plans for the weekend. Just hanging out and going to church.
So yeah, that was my day. Nothing exciting really. Be back soon for more updates! Exciting or not! LOL
